As a 25-year construction management professional and the principal of Holden Robert Associates, Chris’s businesses have completed $10’s of millions of dollars in commercial projects for a broad base of clients, including colleges, universities, hospitals, large corporations, municipalities, retail and food service clients. Over the past five years, HRA has primarily built breweries and brewpub projects for 14 brewery brands in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Chris is the driving force, founder, and principal behind the Philadelphia Brewing Museum.
Founder, President Yards Brewing Co
Tom Kehoe is the founder and brew master of Yards Brewing Company. Since 1994, Yards has grown from15 barrels per week to a capacity of over 100,000 barrels. As a regional brewing powerhouse, Yards also best represents Philadelphia’s craft brewing renaissance. Having expanded within the city five times over the past 24 years Yards newest location represents Pennsylvania’s first 100% wind-powered brewery. Yards is known for having developed the “beers of the revolution” series which represent true historical brewing recipes of Philadelphia’s colonial past. With Tom’s leadership, Yards donates tractor trailer loads of beer to local charitable causes each year. Kehoe is an active member of the Master Brewers Association of America, serves on the MBAA board of governors, and is a board member of the Brewers of Pennsylvania.

Michael is the 4th generation of the Philadelphia Gretz family’s storied brewing legacy dating to the 1880’s. The Gretz family brewing heritage is woven into the fabric of Philadelphia’s deep brewing history. For over 40 years Mike lead the Gretz beer distributorship earning multiple distinguished awards for business excellence. Gretz was recognized as the primary wholesaler on the front edge of promoting craft breweries including Victory, Troeg’s, and many others. As a leader in the industry, Mike has been a career advocate of Pa and national brands and has served on numerous national advisory boards. Having developed multiple successful businesses over 30years, Mike has also devoted much of his efforts to numerous charitable organizations including scholarships, foundations, and other charitable causes.
Founder Victory Brewing Co
With a prestigious German brewing degree from the famed Munich Doemens institute and a five year apprenticeship, Bill is the co founder and brewmaster of the legendary Victory Brewing Co of Downingtown, Pa. Since 1996 Bill has been the creative force driving the growth of new beer brands, culinary collaborations, and community engagement. With partner Ron Barchet, Bill has lead Victory’s growth to 37 states, 4 countries, and multiple retail brewpub locations. Their 200,000sf production brewery in Parkesburg Pa. represents the next phase of the growth of the Victory brand. Recently, Victory has joined two other strong regional brewers to become the 10th largest national craft brewing leader by production volume. Bill serves on multiple executive committees and advisory boards and works to promote craft beer and the betterment of the brewing community.
Jeff is an entrepreneur and partner and CEO of Pat Croce and Company, a family-owned management company that builds and operates brands in the hospitality industry primarily. Before the hospitality industry, Jeff was a partner in a management consulting firm focused on strategic advisory and project management to a small group of multi-national financial services companies. He was previously a management consultant for Arthur Andersen and KMPG Consulting. Jeff has also been involved in several start-ups as an investor, strategic advisor and in various operational roles.
With over 17 years of executive-level experience at a Fortune 50 company, and 10+ years of diversified real estate experience, Mr. Richardson is a Managing Partner at Stonebridge Capital Consulting, a boutique real estate investment firm providing capital formation and serving as investor relations advisors for a select number of sophisticated investors, prominent family offices, and leading institutional debt and equity lenders. Stonebridge Capital Consulting also offers a series of closed-end investment funds specializing in value-added commercial properties with a focus on multifamily assets, and works with qualified operators that require creative capital solutions to acquire commercial real estate. Stonebridge Capital are on board as an advisor and funding source for the Philadelphia Brewing Museum.
Historian / Curation
Rich’s interest in brewing and brewing history began in 1980 by visiting six of the nine breweries still in business in Pennsylvania. He began researching the state’s brewing history and has published a number of guidebooks to go with tours he conducts in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Luzerne and Lackawanna counties, the Lehigh Valley, and the central Pennsylvania region from Reading to York. Rich does guest historic brewing demonstrations using reproductions of the equipment and open flame techniques used in brew houses, circa 1685. He has conducted historic brewing demonstrations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and as far away as Oregon and New Hampshire. After an early retirement as a science teacher, Rich received a diploma in brewing technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology, Chicago, in 1994. He has worked with numerous Philadelphia craft breweries for years and continues to do demonstrations, writes, and lectures throughout the United States. In addition to his guidebooks, Rich is the author of “Philadelphia Beer: A Heady History of Brewing in the Cradle of Liberty” (The History Press 2012) and a frequent contributor to a number of publications aimed at the craft brewing industry and Breweriana collectors. Rich is widely regarded as the foremost historian of brewing from colonial time to the present. Rich is proud to be a historical advisor of the Philadelphia Brewing Museum.
Management Operations Advisor
Kevin has been in the craft beer industry since 2007 and is a graduate of York College, with a degree in Business Management. He rose through the ranks at Iron Hill Brewery to become a General Manager in 2013 and operated some of the largest high-volume brewpubs in the region. Moving on to the Conshohocken Brewing Company in 2016 as the Director of Restaurant Operations, he oversaw exponential in-house growth, adding three different brewpubs in an 18-month span. Kevin later moved on to Victory Brewing Co. in Downingtown, one the largest brewpub facilities in Pennsylvania, where he oversaw a massive remodel and reopening project, completed in May of 2018. Kevin has extensive experience in taking brewery and restaurant concepts from the design and construction stages, to opening and profitable implementation of each unique project, developing teams, and scaling operations across multiple locations. Kevin now brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to the Philadelphia Brewing Museum.
Hal Real is President of Real Entertainment Group, creator and operator of the nationally-acclaimed World Cafe Live music, restaurant and event venues located in Philadelphia, PA since 2004 and Wilmington, DE (2011-2017). In 2008, he assembled a team of artists and educators to launch LiveConnections, a nonprofit organization that inspires learning and builds community through collaborative music-making. Currently he is Board Chair of LiveConnections, the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation and the Honorary Board of People’s Light (Malvern, PA). Hal also serves on the boards of Freire (Charter Schools) Foundation and the Philadelphia Mayor’s Cultural Advisory Board. In the past, he served as board Chair of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, a board and executive committee member of People’s Light, Chair of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Chairman’s Council of the Philadelphia Zoo and on the boards of Philadelphia’s Fringe Arts, the Light Up the Queen Foundation, the Wilmington Leaders Alliance and the President’s Advisory Council of the Delaware College of Art and Design. Hal is a graduate of Kenyon College and Temple University School of Law.

John is a cofounder and president of the Conshohocken Brewing Company. A St Joseph’s University MBA and former manager in the Pharmaceutical industry, John and his partner started the Conshohocken Brewing Company five years ago and have grown to include five thriving locations and continue to profitably expand throughout the Southeastern Pennsylvania area. John serves the Philadelphia Brewing Museum as a management and operations advisor.
Management Operations Advisor
Mike is grandson of the late Joseph Ortlieb, began his career in commercial banking with PNC Bank. For the past 12+ years, he has been in various roles within the commercial real estate business including his current role as Director of Real Estate for La Colombe Coffee Roasters. In his role with La Colombe, he oversees site selection, design and construction of their cafe portfolio across the US. Michael grew up in Delaware County and currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife Angela.”
La Cabra Brewing
Founding partner of La Cabra Brewing (Berwyn, Pa) and Bodega Kitchen & Tap Room (Bryn Mawr, Pa); has been an active investor in Riverhorse Brewing Co (Ewing, NJ). After graduating from Virginia Tech, he began his career at GE Capital in global project management. Since the year 2001, he has raised equity in investments opportunities (private real estate, private debt, private equity) for KKR, Maquarie, CB Richard Ellis, EIG, Watermark Capital. Enjoys craft beer (and the craft beer industry), homemade meals, and thoughtful conversation. Loves live music, dancing, and meeting new people. Grew up in Delaware County and currently resides in Devon, Pa with his wife Heather and their four children.
